Testimonials

What some of our customers have to say

“I have worked with Jim Mammina for nearly ten years on some very challenging projects. His knowledge of the construction industry, and architectural woodworking, in particular, is unsurpassed. He has always delivered, even when what was being requested was seemingly impossible. Changes are the nature of projects that contain custom interiors, and these changes normally happen at the worst possible time, which is at the very end of a project. Jim has made certain that dates were never missed, and opening were always made. It has been a pleasure to work with him in the past, and I look forward to doing so again in the future.”

No matter the situation, union or non-union, Jim’s customer service and project commitment were outstanding. When projects fell behind because of other trades and it all came down to millwork, Jim never complained, he just stepped up and got the job done!”

Robert McGeeExecutive Director of Facilities and Maintenance | Friendship Retirement Community

“I have known Jim Mammina for nearly 24 years. Jim was one of the first woodworking pioneers that I was introduced to upon my entry into the woodworking industry 24 years ago. Our company was often using napkin sketches, handwritten cut lists, and manual woodworking equipment. Jim introduced to us and then helped to implement software solutions for parametric cabinet construction, computer optimized cut lists and CNC equipment. Jim was responsible for taking us from the dark ages of a pencil and paper, sweat, and muscle domain into the light of computer-enhanced design and manufacturing world. Change is not easy for most people and our organization was no different. Jim’s determination, focused effort, and clarity of outcome helped to propel us to modernization.”

Sean MorrisDirector of Operations | EMI Industries, LLC – Georgia Division

“The stainless steel cabinets and shelving provided by JM Creative Enterprises for the Carson Valley Medical Center project, exceeded all expectations. All of the pieces were clearly constructed with a high level of workmanship and quality control, with special attention given to the strict design parameters and requirements that exist in medical and clean room applications. JM Creative Enterprises was able to quickly adapt and deliver a product that the client has been happy with in an environment where infection control is paramount. Clean lines, minimal seams and gaps, rolled edges, and closed off shelf bottoms contributed to the essential “cleanability” of the units. I would recommend JM Creative Enterprises for any project with specialized needs.”

Kevin ButtsSuperintendent | Neenan Archistruction

“I’ve had the opportunity to work with Jim Mammina of JM Creative Enterprises, LLC on a number of projects over the last several years, most recently on the Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic – Tri Cities project; a 36,000 SF community health center in Kennewick, WA, which was completed in the spring of 2021. The project consisted of high-end finishes as a marquee facility for the owner, including a significant amount of custom casework such as laminate die-wall assemblies, solid surface sills/tops/transactions/vanities, radiused and sloped stair stringer solid surface applications, specific custom storage/hangers for pharmacy medication organization, and decorative reclaimed wood elements.

The Neenan Company is an integrated design-build company that relies heavily on our partners for both design input as well as cost-conscious minded support. Jim has proven numerous times to be a reliable partner in improving design elements as well as being more cost effective when in a competitive process, although cost is not a strict element for us in determining value.

Another aspect I appreciate about Jim is his attention to detail regarding what is happening on a job site. We had an instance where the local municipality had a last-minute request regarding a solid surface transaction top that was a condition of satisfaction in order to receive a Certificate of Occupancy. Jim was engaged in helping with a solution right away and also altered the response so that it created a cost savings verse just reacting to the easiest answer. This was much appreciated, and I think is a show of admirable character. The relationship built during our interactions together include a high level of trust, which I believe is a cornerstone of any team dynamic, project success, and general pleasure with which to be associated.

I would not hesitate to work with JM Creative Enterprises, LLC again and recommend them for any of your millwork needs.”
